How much is shipping?
 
We offer FREE SHIPPING to all of our customers!

Do you offer Rush Deliveries?
 
In most cases, our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days upon the order placement. (Delivery time for sweater orders may vary from 4 to 8 weeks according to the quantities and models requested.) If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal through our secure merchant gateway. We will also accept money orders & checks - please contact us before ordering.
How do I care for my sweaters? 
 
Care Instructions for:
 
100% cotton products
  • Machine washable.
  • Delicate wash (turn inside out) with warm/cold water.
  • Lay flat to dry on a towel.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Iron warm, if needed.
 
100% Wool products
  • Hand wash only.
  • Use mild soap (do not use detergents)
  • Lay flat to dry on a towel (do not tumble dry)
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not iron.
How do I care for my Pip Squeaker shoes? 
 
As with most shoes, hand washing is recommended. Use a mild detergent on all squeaky shoe styles. For stubborn stains on light colored shoes, a "Pre-Soak" can be used. Machine washing is not recommended.
 
Our soft sole shoes can be machine washed, but we recommend gentle spot washing to ensure a long life.
Will the "squeak" in the shoes bother parents? 
 
The "squeak" is like the sound of a rubber duckie. If you're the kind of person that finds joy in the smile on your little one's face, then Pip Squeakers will surely supply the smiles. Just have your camera ready! To temporarily disable, place a piece of tape over the squeaker.
Like our Pip Squeaker shoe styles, but don't want the squeak? 
 
No problem, just tell us to disable the squeakers permanently, in the Special Instructions box at Check-Out.
What is your return and exchange policy?
 
We carefully inspect each and every pair of shoes before shipping to ensure the quality of your purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on worn or damaged shoes. Shoes must be in their original undamaged shoe-boxes, otherwise a $1.00 per pair restocking fee will be charged. For exchanges and returns, please email our CUSTOMER CARE TEAM for a Return Authorization Number.
 
Return the UNWORN shoes, in the original undamaged packaging, to Pip Squeakers,LLC, 11 Myrtle Avenue, Lebanon, NJ, 08833, within 10 days for an exchange or refund for the shoes. Postage expenses to return an item and to re-ship a new item, will be your responsibility. Returns for exchange must include a check for the appropriate shipping charges. Contact Us if you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number for your return.
 
Sorry, no refunds/returns on custom modified shoes.
 
Each product is hand knitted and/or hand crocheted by local artisans who exclusively create these special collections for us in Turkey. Products must be returned within 10 days of invoice/ship date. Merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges. Contact Us if you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number for your return.
 
Cancellations:
 
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@motherhubardsboutique.com to cancel an order.
